The iteration picker is now more intuitive and easier to navigate. We streamlined the design to help users quickly find and select the iteration they want to work in. This update is aimed at minimizing the time spent on selection, providing a more seamless workflow when planning and tracking iterations.

To improve user experience during planning, we stabilized the planning work session feature to make it more performant and reliable. You’ll notice smoother interactions and faster response times, ensuring a more efficient planning process even with larger backlogs. This improvement should significantly reduce any lag or freezing issues some users encountered in prior versions.

We introduced color coding for PBIs on the daily Scrum screen, allowing team members to quickly differentiate work items by type or priority. This visual enhancement makes it easier to scan items, identify what needs attention, and maintain focus during daily stand-ups.

To enhance productivity and streamline task creation, we added a new quick-add button directly in the toolbar. This allows users to rapidly add PBIs or tasks without navigating away from the current screen. It’s a simple but powerful addition designed to keep the flow of work uninterrupted.

In addition, we’ve added functionality to offer feedback on specific stories, which Harmony uses to refine and recreate stories according to your input.
